The Boutique property has ethically designed Mud Houses & a Durga Bari for a memorable stay amidst lush greenery and best amenities. Our property is spread across vast acres of land to give you a taste of a typical rural life in Bengalif you are planning a corporate picnic in Kolkata.

We have 12 Pool View rooms belonging to the Mud House theme, 2 Lake View rooms with a king size bed and amenities like mini fridge, television, tea & coffee maker, ensuite bathrooms and 8 Durga Bari rooms facing the Lake. The 450 sqft rooms have a comfortable outdoor seating area as well as an in-room lounge area with handcrafted lamps and crafts celebrating Bengal.

The property boasts of a Lake & a Pool with water activities which includes boating, kayaking, zorbing & zip lining, making it a desirable picnic spot in Kolkata.

Our recently opened Durga Bari wing is dedicated to people who enjoy private stay to unwind. This beautiful segment is inspired by the grandest & most iconic festival of Bengal, Durga Puja. Each of the rooms have been designed keeping in mind the rural tradition of Bengal with wall art and the different forms of Devi Durga&Astras.

The property also boasts of a Conference room & a Gazebo hall for your private & corporate events.
